The EP1 is ideal for producing personalized phone covers, MP3 player covers and similar items. The A5 film normally provides one part per print, simplifying the management of individual orders.  The EP1 uses the latest heating technology and control algorithms to provide consistent part quality even on delicate thin-walled items.  The transfer cycle of the EP1 is fully automatic, with a colour touchscreen providing operator feedback.

The EP1 has a standardized keyslot mounting system for jigs, with jigs being available to fit many of the most popular smartphone covers on the market.  For customers wishing to decorate other items, we also offer a custom made jig service, using the latest CAD/CAM technology for form and vacuum flow.  The key parameters of the transfer cycle can be easily adjusted and stored, enabling third-party items to be successfully processed.
